A new version of the NSOL system will be launched in mid-May (i.e., May 18–20, 2026).

Due to security changes, all devices connecting to the NSOL system must have two new security certificates installed by that time at the latest. These certificates ensure that communication between the browser and the server is encrypted and authenticated.

Without installing them, it will not be possible to log in to the system or perform drug verification!

All software companies providing FMD solutions on the Czech market have already received this information and should be able to respond to any user inquiries or requests.

If, after entering the link on a specific device, the login window shown below appears, this can be considered confirmation that the certificates are installed and functional on that device in accordance with the requirements.

Note: For verification, the correct display of the login window is sufficient.

Note: Verification does not apply to devices that connect to a central corporate server, e.g., via VPN or GATEWAY.

Verification must be performed at each individual facility, on all devices used for the verification of medicinal products.

The National Organization for the Authentication of Medicines (NOOL) requests that you send confirmation that the above verification was successful.

Please send the confirmation without undue delay as soon as the verification is completed on all affected devices to this email address: support@czmvo.cz

If the organization operates multiple sites, it is important to include a complete list of them in the confirmation and to confirm that the verification was successfully performed on all devices at all of these sites.

If the login window does not appear, please contact your IT support or your FMD solution provider.
