Alerts createad by MAH/OBP/PD transaction

Have you noticed that the Alert Management System (CZAMS) also registers alerts created by a MAH/OBP or parallel distributor transaction?

These alerts are different in CZAMS from alerts caused directly by the end user by the initial „Alert Status" and the specified Source Business Process“.

For a MAH/OBP/PD transaction, the typical initial state is: 01b - New - MAH/OBP/PD transaction.

The „Source Business Process“ for these alerts is always reported as a MAH transaction, e.g. „MAH PPSU Request" or „MAH PPV Request".

Alerts generated by a MAH/OBP transaction are investigated on MAH/OBP side and closed with the appropriate state:

  • 06a - Closed - MAH error – Fixed
  • 06c - Closed - MAH error - Not fixed

Alerts triggered by a parallel distributor transactions are now closed in CZAMS only with the state:

  • 06k - Closed - PD Error - Not Fixed

If necessary, a note or request for additional information can be added to the alert. Another option is to contact Support team at the following email address: support@czmvo.cz

Therefore, when managing alerts in CZAMS, it is recommended to monitor both the initial state of the alert and the type of source transaction that caused the alert. This information will help you better understand who initiated the alert and on which side to begin the investigation.
