Automatically grouped alerts
Have you noticed that alerts in CZAMS are automatically assigned to groups?
When multiple alerts are created with the same parameters, they are automatically grouped together for easier management. All communication and status changes can then be carried out for the entire group at once – meaning you don’t need to open and edit each alert individually. This can significantly speed up the resolution process.
Before making any changes to an alert, always check whether it belongs to a group. You can identify this by the presence of the “Group” or “Anonymous Group” tabs (or both) in the alert detail. In such cases, you can apply changes to the entire group by selecting the checkbox “For the whole group” or “For the entire anonymous group.”
For more information about working with groups, please refer to the user manual for the CZAMS web interface for MAHs (on pages 45 – 47, on the CZMVO website in the section „Alert management/producers – MAH – paraller distributors“).
