Removal of old ciphers with EU Hub Release 1.13

As communicated in the Letter of Announcement from January 2023, the successful deployment of Release 1.12 in PRD introduced new ciphers for all three environments (ITE, IQE & PRD) which further increase the security of the EU Hub by replacing older ciphers. Please refer to the table below which provides a list of the ciphers.
