AMS - launching two-factor authentication

The alert management system (AMS) – two-factor authentication for access to the web interface was launched on 31st October 2023 at 8:00pm.

The two-factor authentication is set up as mandatory for all AMS users.

Apart from login and password, a second factor is be required. The user may choose between e-mail or Google Authenticator.

A detailed guideline for setup is described in the MAH/OBP or End user manuals. Our support team is available to help as well.

 

We would like to notify users who communicate with AMS via API communication using their FMD applications that they must register to AMS, unless done already. It is a mandatory condition for readiness to switch to API 2.0, which is set to be initiated, based on an agreement with FMD solution providers, as of 10th November 2023.
