Applications for reduced user fee

Until October 15, 2022, Marketing Authorization Holders can apply for a discount on the annual user fee for 2023. By the end of October, we will inform each applicant of the approval or disapproval of the application.

In the event that the application is approved, but MAH has not yet concluded an Amendment to the Cooperation Agreement, we will demand the conclusion of the amendment within 14 days of the approval of the application. Invoicing of reduced and full annual user fees for 2023 will be made in November 2022.
