New CZAMS functionality makes it easier to work with alerts for the same serial number

A new functionality has been added to CZAMS with the latest release to make alert investigation and resolution easier. If multiple alerts are recorded in CZAMS for the same serial number, the system now displays all of these alerts in one place in the new “Alerts for SN” tab.

All alerts in one place

If multiple alerts exist for a particular serial number, a new “Alerts for SN” tab is displayed in the alert details.

The tab provides the user with an overview of all alerts that have been created for the given serial number. Individual alerts can then be easily opened by clicking on them and further investigated or processed.

Users therefore no longer need to search separately to determine whether other alerts have been generated for the same serial number or look up their individual IDs. All related alerts are conveniently available directly in the details of the alert currently being investigated.

Easier investigation of related alerts

An overview of alerts associated with the same serial number can be particularly useful during an investigation. An alert does not necessarily represent an isolated case, and information about other alerts for the same pack can help provide a better understanding of the circumstances in which they occurred.

Comparing individual alerts may, for example, reveal whether the same issue is recurring, whether the alerts occur under similar circumstances, or whether there is another connection between them.

This makes it possible to assess individual cases in a broader context and more easily determine their actual root cause.

Another tool for more efficient alert resolution

The new “Alerts for SN” tab is another CZAMS functionality designed to make working with alerts easier and support their proper evaluation.

Having all alerts associated with the same serial number available in one place simplifies subsequent investigation, saves time when searching for related cases, and gives users a better overview of the history of a particular pack.

We believe that this new functionality will contribute to more efficient and, above all, higher-quality alert resolution in CZAMS.
