Planned downtime of the NOOL IS system

Please be advised that on Thursday, July 23, 2026, from 8:00 p.m. to approximately 11:30 p.m., there will be a scheduled outage of the NOOL IS system due to the implementation of release R2.0 into the production environment.

During this time, it will not be possible to make any changes in the NOOL IS system related to alert investigations or the registration of end-users (pharmacies, distributors) or marketing authorization holders (MAHs).

This outage does not affect the CZMVS medicinal verification system (verification and supply of medicinal products can continue without restriction).

This release is primarily focused on enhancing system security and stability and also introduces improvements for end-users, CZMVO, and Czech NCA (SÚKL) in the area of alert investigation.
