Planned maintenance of the CZMVS system – implementation of release R18.0

Please be advised that there will be a planned outage of the CZMVS on Tuesday, 20 May 2026, from 22:00 until approximately 02:00 on 21 May 2026 due to the deployment of release R18.0 to the production environment.

Therefore, it will not be possible to verify or decommission medicines in the CZMVS system during this time. 

No later than the implementation of Release R18, two new security certificates must be installed on all devices connecting to the CZMVS. Without installing these certificates, it will not be possible to log in to the system or perform operations with medicinal products!

The release is primarily focused on improving the security and stability of the system while also introducing minor enhancements for end users, CZMVO, and NCA with minor improvements for alert investigation and CZMVS administration.

The Reports API version 3.3 has now been marked as unsupported. At the same time, a new Reports API version 3.5 has been added.
